We offer accommodation and facilities in the newly built villa including the above-average services in the south of the island of Sri Lanka. Our villa is located approx. 800 m from the beach of Unawatuna, in the "suburbs" of Galle.
The house is located in a quiet alley, away from the main road Matara Road, so there is no noise from traffic. In the vicinity we have the opportunity to visit the nearby beaches of Unawatuna, Jungle Beach, Wijaya Beach, temples, turtle Farms, Galle Mesteko, Handunugoda tea factory and other interesting places, see. You can relax with us in the small garden or on the balcony, which belongs to each room. You can observe freely moving peacocks, varans, monkeys, a lot of bird species and small, nimbly squirts (Burunduci, chippers), so the fun is taken care of.
Near our house there is a market with fresh fruit, a few small shops and also a bigger g
rocery and drugstore. At a distance of 1km, there are many restaurants with a variety of local and European dishes. We are directly adjacent to a small family restaurant that offers meals at nice prices. We will be pleased to advise you where to go, according to your preferences of food, what to taste and not miss.
In our villa you will also win your children. There is a small inflatable pool, sandpit incl. A pair of toys, a swing and a play corner that moves as needed. So, for your kids you don't have to carry many toys (except for favourites, without which you just can't).
There is one double room on the ground floor, 1. Floor 2x 2-bedded room, 1x 3-Bedded room, 1x 4-bedded room and 2nd floor large apartment with two rooms with total capacity max. 6 people. All rooms are equipped with beds with mosquito nets, fan, air conditioning, clothes rack, small storage space for suitcases, backpacks. A conference table with 2 chairs, which can be moved to a private balcony. Rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper and other small things are provided. The apartment also has a large terrace, kitchen incl. Facilities and a small living room for relaxing.
For our guests we have also available several social games, we provide tuk-tuk taxi service, arrange bike rental or a scooter for a fee.
For a fee, we will also be interested in a shuttle service from/to the airport.
Check in: 13:00 pm, check out 10:00 am (after agreement can be adapted to your needs)
If necessary, we have baby cots (60×120 cm), including mosquito nets – on request, for a fee of 1EUR/night.
